These are my cello-musings. I hope you, fellow cellists, find some comfort in this blog. I am not trying to assume to know all about cellos, but have had so much experience playing (32 years) and working with craftsman to “fix” our poor and sick cellos (15 years), that I thought you may find some edification in my shared experience.  Working with cellos and cellists often involves being part counselor, mom, pastor, musician, technician and magician.  Sometimes you try everything and sometimes its the first thing. There is no silver bullet. As cellists, we know how sensitive, temperamental and quirky our cellos can be.

Maybe that’s why we are so fond of them!
